Bursaries Bursaries at Christ’s Hospital transform lives. Bursaries at Christ’s Hospital ensure more young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can thrive. They can open doors for children who have faced many challenges in their lives, and it can be a real turning point. Access to a first-class education, the individual attention, stable boarding environment, pastoral care and the feeling of belonging to a stable community at CH, can be invaluable for children to flourish and reach their potential. Giving young people this opportunity has vast ripple effects: With a CH education, young people become tomorrow’s leaders – making significant contributions in their professional fields, in their communities and around the world. You can support a bursary at CH in a number of ways: Blue Fund Bursaries - You can make a regular monthly gift, or a single gift, to support a Blue Fund Bursary. Every gift, regardless of size, makes a real difference. By joining forces with others, the collective support of our CH community helps fund a seven-year education and boarding at Christ’s Hospital for a child in need. A Donation Governorship - To become a Donation Governor, an individual, organisation or Livery Company must show a serious commitment to Christ’s Hospital by making an unconditional qualifying donation. The school works with Donation Governors to identify a student for them to support – known as a Presentee – and the Donation Governor is elected to the Court of Governors. Lord Mayor’s Royal Mathematical School Scholarship Programme - To mark the 350th Anniversary of the Royal Mathematical School (RMS), a new RMS Scholarship programme has been introduced in partnership with the Lord Mayor of London, Professor Michael Mainelli.
