The CH Medical Foundation

Join with others in medical-related fields to provide a transformative 7-year education for a young person at CH. Set up in 1996 by a group of Old Blues in medical and related careers, the Medical Foundation supports students at Christ’s Hospital by raising funds towards Donation Governorships. The Medical Foundation currently supports three students at CH. Read more

Christ’s Hospital has a long and proud history of supporting disadvantaged children through our Donation Governorship programme. We continue to do so through the outstanding generosity of the many individuals, groups, Foundations and Livery Companies who share our vision of enabling children from all corners of society to be educated at our school.

Giving Day raised an outstanding £178,000 from 702 donors! Together, we’ve demonstrated the true power of our community in creating transformative opportunities for our students.
Our Impact

Christ’s Hospital is the UK’s leading charitable school and the country’s most generous bursary charity. The school was established in 1552 and provides free or substantially reduced cost places to over 650 students each year – more than any other organisation in the UK.
