Our team will process your request as quickly as possible and be in touch if anything further is needed. Reduce or cancel your monthly donation To reduce or cancel your Direct Debit please contact the Development team: Phone: 01403 246570 Email: [email protected] Please note that changes to an existing Direct Debit must be requested before the 15th of the month for the change to take effect within the same month. After the 15th of the month, amendments (including donation amount, bank details, payment frequency, or cancellation) will take effect from the following month’s collection cycle. If you need to stop a payment after the 15th of the month, please cancel the Direct Debit directly with your bank to prevent that month’s collection.
